Features of Intermediate Joint Armored Tape:

● Construction environment temperature 5°C～35°C

Application of Intermediate Joint Fiberglass Armor Tape:

It is suitable for strengthening the outer sheath of cables and strengthening the outer sheath of cable joints and terminals. Steps: 

1. Clean the surface of the wrapped object. Be sure to wear gloves before doing the following, tear the bag along the V-shaped groove.

2. Pour the water into the packaging bag, squeeze for a few seconds, take out the tape, and squeeze out the excess water in the tape.

3. Winding. Roll and wrap the quick patch tape gradually along a 45° angle, overlap 1/3 of the previous one for each turn, and apply a little force. After wrapping, repeatedly touch and press the surface to shape to increase the adhesion between each layer Strength and curing strength; if the diameter suddenly becomes larger or smaller, the quick patch tape can be folded back for wrapping.

4. Wind 4 to 8 layers in the same way, the specific number of layers varies according to different applications.

5. At 20°C, it can reach the non-stick state in 4 minutes, and can be cured and bear the load within 8 to 10 minutes, and can be fully cured after 1 hour.

Precautions: 

1. If the ambient temperature is lower than 0°C, in order to achieve the curing effect and speed, please preheat the wound object and the quick-fix tape to above 2°C.

2. The temperature of immersion is about 25℃, not more than 50℃.

3. It must be ensured that the quick repair tape is in contact with water during use, otherwise it will affect the interlayer adhesion and strength after curing.

4. The end of the quick patch should not be stretched, but it should be naturally bonded.

5. This quick-repair belt is ready to use, open one bag at a time (can not open multiple bags at the same time), and finish the operation within the specified time. If it is not enough, you can open another bag to continue the operation.
