Features of External Wall Seam Tape

1 To stick to the wall, from sticking to the wall to putting on or spraying real stone paint without falling, generally staying on the wall for 1 to 5 hours.

2. There must be thickness. The thickness of the tape is the thickness of the imitation tile, and the imitation tile made has a three-dimensional sense.

3. It needs to be torn off. After the spraying of the real stone paint is completed, the tape should be removed. During the tearing process, the primer on the wall should not be damaged, and no residual glue should be left.

This single-sided foam tape is divided into: low-viscosity, conventional, and high-viscosity models according to the requirements and characteristics of real stone paint imitation brick wall construction, combined with the exterior wall environment, season, and the roughness of the wall.

Width (mm): 4,5,6,,8,10,12,15,20,30. Among them, 8, 10, and 15 are the normal widths of the market, and the rest are the widths of special requirements.

Thickness (mm): 0.8, 1.0, 1.2, 1.5, 2.0. Among them, 0.8 and 1.0 are the conventional thicknesses of the market, and the rest are the thicknesses of special requirements.

Length (m): A standard roll is 10M in length.

According to the roughness of the wall, it is divided into high viscosity, conventional, low viscosity and other specifications.

High viscosity is generally used on relatively rough walls to achieve the effect that it is not easy to fall off;

Conventionally, it is mainly used on a slightly smooth wall so that it will not fall off and leave no glue residue;

Low viscosity is mainly used on very smooth walls to prevent the primer from being removed when it is peeled off.

According to the different viscosity, it is divided into soft foam and hard foam.

Soft foam is mainly used for adhesive tapes with a viscosity lower than conventional, and hard foam is used for adhesive tapes with a viscosity higher than conventional. Both are mainly used to achieve the effect of fast and continuous adhesive tape when torn .
