General provisions

(1) Construction should be carried out in the temperature range of -15°C-45°C (when the temperature exceeds the specified temperature range, corresponding measures should be taken)

(2) The surface of the base layer must be cleaned or wiped clean, kept dry and free of floating soil and oil.

(3) The bond should not be torn or peeled off within 24 hours after construction.

(4) According to the actual project needs, choose different types and sizes of tapes.

(5) Place the boxes at a distance of about 10cm from the ground, do not stack more than 5 boxes.

Requirements

(1) The bonding base surface is clean and free of oil, grey water and water vapor.

(4) Do not use it together with waterproof materials containing organic substances such as benzene, toluene, methanol, ethylene, and silica gel.

Process characteristics

Construction method

Construction method of new construction of steel structure roof

(1) According to the metal plate type or the gap between the joints and the joint width, and according to the engineering design requirements, select the specifications and sizes.

(2) Wipe the joint parts of the metal plates clean.

(3) Start with one end of the metal plate, slowly open the double-sided tape, and stick the sealing tape to the lap joint of the lower metal plate in a straight line along the seam, and then gently press the tape with your hands to make it firmly bonded to the metal.

(4) Tear off the release paper on the tape, press the metal plate on the upper layer of the interface into the joint, and squeeze the joint in sequence after bonding, so that the joint is firmly bonded and tightly closed.

(5) Tighten the screws so that the upper and lower bonding surfaces of the tape are tightly bonded.

(1) After installing the prefabricated gutters, clean the cement surface of the parapet above the gutters, and apply the base treatment agent.

(2) After the base treatment agent is suspected to be solid, install the flashing board to ensure that the installation is firm and tightly combined with the wall.

(3) Wipe the flashing board clean, and paste the single-sided aluminum foil tape at the joint between the flashing board and the cement wall, and press it in sequence to make it stick firmly; if you use 80mm wide single-sided aluminum foil tape A flasher may not be used.

(1) Clean the original sealant at the lap joints of the metal plates.

(1) Remove all the original silicone glue at the joint between the profiled steel plate and the cement wall;

(2) Wipe clean the joint between the profiled steel plate and the cement wall; it is required that the cement wall should not be sanded, and the base treatment agent should be applied if conditions permit.

(3) The joint between the metal plate and the cement wall is pasted with a single-sided aluminum foil tape and then rolled and repaired in sequence, so that the single-sided aluminum foil tape is firmly bonded at the joint.

(4) Construction method of lighting panel roof.

How to use double-sided tape

(1) After the lighting panel is installed on the skeleton. Wipe clean the parts of the aluminum alloy platen that will be bonded to the tape.

(2) Open the tape and stick it in the grooves on both sides of the aluminum alloy pressing plate. After installation, compact the tape and tear off the isolation paper. Install the aluminum alloy pressing plate on the lighting board and fix it with waterproof screws;

(3) Use single-sided aluminum foil tape to directly bond and seal the wall joint of the lighting board.

How to use single-sided non-woven tape

(1) After the lighting panel is installed on the skeleton, wipe clean the parts where the adhesive tape will be attached to the seam of the lighting panel.

(2) Open the tape to bond the seam of the lighting board, tear off the release paper while pressing the tape, and then install the aluminum alloy pressure plate on the lighting board. Secure with waterproof screws.

(3) Use single-sided aluminum foil tape to directly bond and seal the joint between the lighting board and the wall.

Construction method of waterproofing membrane

1. Construction requirements

(1) The performance indicators of the tape should be carefully read before construction to make it suitable for the ambient temperature and humidity during construction.

(2) According to different waterproof membranes and different construction methods, different types and sizes of tapes are selected.

(3) Before construction, the quality of the previous project should be checked and accepted, and waterproof layer construction should be carried out after passing the qualification.

(4) The waterproofing membrane is constructed according to the engineering design requirements. The waterproofing membrane and the leveling layer are firmly bonded, and the phenomenon of hollowing is not allowed. The waterproofing layer after construction should be protected.

(5) When using tape on the parapet wall, attention should be paid to the firmness and smoothness of the bonding parts on the surface of the brick wall or concrete.

2. Construction method

(1) Position the coil and leave the overlap width of the coil seam and paste it. The waterproofing membrane is fully covered; when the overlapped part of the membrane is used with adhesive and tape, the overlapped width of the coiled material is 80MM-100MM, and the width of the tape is 15MM-25MM.

(2) When the overlapping part of the coil is only bonded with tape, the overlapping width of the coil is 50MM.

(3) The waterproof membrane is empty; the overlapping parts of the membrane are bonded with tape, and the overlapping width of the membrane is 60MM.

(4) For projects with high waterproof level, 25MM single-sided non-woven tape can be used for edge sealing at the interface.

(5) Double-sided tape is used for bonding between coils and coils, and between coils and base layers; single-sided tape is used for anti-lap joints and sealing bonding of ports.
