33mm Butyl Strip is environmentally friendly mastic sealing strip specially developed for glasses, doors and windows,that is made of butyl rubber as the main material, with some other environmental protection additives and produced through a special process. it is a very important waterproof and sealing material for building and automobile industry, Customer also bought it by the name of 33mm Butyl Tape.

Advantages of 33mm Butyl Strip:

1. Adhesion. Stick a double-sided butyl sample to two steel plates and then hung on a 1kg steel plate. Butyl tape should not fall off within 20 minutes, this indicator is qualified;

2. Peel strength. This index is also one of the important indicators to judge double-sided butyl tape products, and the standard requirement is greater than or equal to 0.6N/mm.

3. Heat resistance. Industry standards require double-sided butyl tape to be stored at 80 degrees for 2 hours without cracking, run-out, deformation,

4. Good elastic recovery rate, which refers to the natural shrinkage rate after stretching to a certain length. The greater the retraction, the higher the tape performance and the higher the adhesive content.

Precautions

(1) Please clean the water, oil, dust and other dirt on the surface of the sticky material before use;

(2) The tape should be stored in a cool and dry place, avoid heat sources, direct sunlight or rain, and should not be stacked more than five layers, and it is strictly forbidden to place it on its side;

(3) The shelf life of the original packaging of the tape is 10 years
