It is actually a type of sealing mastic pad,Which is consist of butyl rubber,pvc film and release paper.  The main purpose is for moisture proof , insulation and sealing,etc for cables,The shape is flat in piece, the product quality could compete with world famous brand . Customer also call it Vinyl Mastic Pad.
