Principle of Dual Sided Sticky Traps

Some flying insects have a strong tropism for specific wavelengths of color. The insect board is a physical insecticidal device made of this feature. Trap the pests by setting them in a specific color they like, and then use the sticky shellac to catch them and kill them. The board can be used for the prediction of pests, providing an accurate basis for other control methods, and it can also kill a small number of pests in the early stage before the pests occur, reduce the population base,  or slow down the damage of pests. The use of boards to trap and kill pests has the advantages of no pesticide residues, no environmental pollution, no harm to non-target organisms, and low cost. It is being used more and more widely in organic agricultural production.
