Many customers are worried about a question when using UV mosquito killer lamps: will the adhesive of the UV glue boards deteriorate when exposed to ultraviolet lamps for a long time? Especially in high-temperature, dusty or oily environments, ordinary glue boards are often used for less than a month, and the effect is significantly reduced.
However, we use a special anti-UV adhesive formulation, which has been specially developed for UV trapping devices. Compared with traditional glue, it can still remain stable under long-term UV irradiation, and is not easy to dry and crack, does not flow glue, and does not debond. Even if it is continuously placed in the UV mosquito killer lamp, it can maintain the high viscosity effect for 60 days, and there is no need to replace it frequently, saving time and effort.
In addition, the thickness and uniformity of the adhesive layer are strictly controlled during the production process of our UV glue boards to ensure that each glue boards has good insect trapping ability. Even during the summer season, when the insect population is dense, the stickiness is still excellent and does not "fail early".
Of course, in order to maintain the best results, we still recommend regularly inspecting the surface condition of the UV glue boards. If there is a lot of worm or dust, it should be replaced in time. However, from the perspective of the stability of the glue itself, our products are enough to meet the high requirements of 60 days of continuous use, and are a reliable choice for restaurants, factories, homes and other places.
In short, whether the UV glue boards will decline depends on the quality of the glue. We insist on using high-quality anti-UV glue to truly achieve light, heat and aging resistance, so that you can use it with peace of mind and change it more worry-free.
