Features of Infrared Grill Plate:

Can be used for Infrared household gas stoves that adopt advanced and mature flameless combustion technology at home and abroad among civil gas appliances. Compared with other combustion methods, the flameless combustion method has the following characteristics:

1. The burning speed is fast, generally 100-1000 times that of diffusion burning;

2. Because the gas and air are fully mixed in advance, complete combustion can be achieved when the excess air coefficient is small (at this time α=1.05-1.10), so not only the combustion temperature is high, but the thermal efficiency is also high. It can save more than 20% of gas compared with atmospheric combustion under the same heat load;

3. The combustion is complete, and there is very little carbon monoxide in the combustion products. Generally less than 0.015%. At the same time, NOX emissions are low. Therefore, the sanitary conditions are good.
